Řešení:dministrator (root) access to the Kerio Connect server is required to proceed with the steps to resolve this issue:
Navigate to the Kerio Store folder.
In the user folders (e.g., INBOX, Contacts, etc.), check if the status.fld file exists.

For the user folders that do not contain this file:
Stop Kerio Connect.
Create an empty status.fld file.
Start Kerio Connect.
Testing
Reboot the PC where Outlook wasn't starting and reconfigure the Outlook profile manually.
